Land Use: Successfully challenged the geologic and geotechnical opinions of the City of Camarillo's Reviewing Geologist

Successfully challenged the geologic and geotechnical opinions of the City of Camarillo's Reviewing Geologist regarding building entitlements for a residential subdivision in the Alquist Priolo zone (the Alquist Priolo Act governs development in mapped fault/seismic areas in the State of California).  Negotiated and organized an independent technical review committee who assessed the geological issues and found in our client's favor.
